If you would like a specific background colour, please email the colour you would like with your order number as the subject line to info.bynav@gmail.com. If no colour is sent, the portrait will be sent with a white background.

Q: How long will it take for my item to be made?
A: Each product is unique and the time it will take will vary depending on what your specifications are. As each piece is created, I will send you personal messages updating you throughout its stages of development.

Shipping
Items will be securely sent with tracking 7-10 days upon completion. We also offer international postage! Eligibility and rates will vary depending on the item size and weight, as well as your location.
Returns
As a general rule, we do not accept returns. However, we do understand that exceptional circumstances can arise and we will always be in communication should any issues or concerns be brought to our attention within a reasonable period of time.
