**Refund Policy for Custom Portraits**

At By Nav, we take pride in creating unique custom portraits tailored to your specifications. Due to the personalised nature of our work, we do not offer refunds once the order is placed. 

**Order Process:**

1. **Updates:** Throughout the creation process, you will receive updates on your portrait. We believe in maintaining open communication to ensure your satisfaction.

2. **Change Requests:** You are entitled to request up to three minor changes to your portrait before it is finalised. These changes can include adjustments to colours, minor details, or other small modifications to better align with your vision.

3. **Final Approval:** Once the final version is ready, we will seek your approval before proceeding with the final touches. At this stage, any additional changes beyond the initial three requests may incur extra charges.
