Each keyring is hand drawn, handmade and finished with a coat of resin for added protection. Upon completing your order, please email info.bynav@gmail.com or dm @bynav.a on Instagram with your chosen reference image. Please note as this is a custom order that production can take up to 4 weeks depending on order volume. If you require your keyring by a certain date please include that in with your reference images so I can do my best to accommodate!

Q: How long will it take for my item to be made?
A: Each product is unique and the time it will take will vary depending on what your specifications are. As each piece is created, I will send you personal messages updating you throughout its stages of development.

Shipping
Items will be securely sent with tracking 7-10 days upon completion. We also offer international postage! Eligibility and rates will vary depending on the item size and weight, as well as your location.
Returns
As a general rule, we do not accept returns. However, we do understand that exceptional circumstances can arise and we will always be in communication should any issues or concerns be brought to our attention within a reasonable period of time.
